New Zealand’s express pace spearhead Adam Milne has long been recognized for his ability to dismantle batting lineups with raw speed, consistently clocking over 150 kph. A seasoned campaigner on the international circuit, Milne has been a vital cog in the Black Caps' white-ball setup, famously claiming his maiden T20I five-wicket haul (5/26) against Sri Lanka in 2023. His reputation is backed by his extensive experience in global T20 leagues, where his skill in the powerplay and death overs has made him a highly sought-after asset. Recognizing his ability to provide a significant boost to their pace battery, Rajasthan Royals secured his services for INR 2.40 Crore at the TATA IPL 2026 Auction. Milne arrives at the Royals with a wealth of experience, having also previously represented RCB, MI, and CSK. With 65 wickets in 56 T20Is and an impressive average of just over 24, Milne is a force to reckon with in T20 cricket. Despite past injury setbacks, Milne goes into the 2026 season in good form. Joining a formidable bowling unit alongside Jofra Archer and Sandeep Sharma, the 33-year-old is expected to provide the clinical edge needed to spearhead the Royals' quest for a second title.
